Great Thermal Imaging video during your inspection. It’s amazing what you can find with a thermal imaging camera when compared to only a traditional visual home inspection. This is what separates you from your competitors in the home inspection industry. I personally would only choose a home inspector that uses thermal imaging during their inspection process.

Heck of a good find and great video. I was wondering though, in the second photo I guess the furnace is running but the ceiling appears to be too cold, looks like there still is an air distribution problem. Wonder what your final analysis was? Thanks and all home inspectors should be certified thermologist.
